Shipping policy

1. Shipping Method:

We offer standard shipping for all orders, and the courier service (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.) will be selected from available options during the payment process.


2. Shipping Regions:

Currently, we ship to 48 states excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The available states are the following:

 

  • -West States:  Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
  • -Middle States: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin
  • -East States: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia

     

    3. Estimated Delivery Time:

    The estimated delivery time for orders is 3-8 business days from the date of order placement. The delivery time depends on the location. (Shipping from the West coast)

     

    The estimated delivery time per region is as follows:

    • -West states: 5-8 business days
    • -Middle states: 5-8 business days
    • -East states: 5-8 business days


    4. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping:

    Enjoy free standard shipping for orders over the below threshold.

    West states $15 $99
    Middle states $25 $99
    East states $30 $99

    Enjoy free standard shipping for orders over the free shipping threshold amount. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee of $15 for the West, $25 for Middle and $30 for the East.


    5. Minimum Order Requirement:
    Currently, there is no minimum order requirement.

     

    6. Maximum Order Limit:
    Currently, maximum order amount is $1000.

     

    7. Order Tracking:

    Track your order with ease. We provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.


    8. In case of Insufficient/Incorrect Address:

    In the event of an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may be applied. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the mailing address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. 

    *Definition of 'Insufficient Address': An insufficient address indicates that the provided mailing address is incorrect or incomplete, preventing successful delivery by the shipping carrier, such as USPS. This could include missing essential information or errors in the address details.
